Pickup Winding Courses

Learn to wind a pickup from a Master pickup builder!

All materials are provided. Expect mistakes, it's an art and will take many tries. The prices covers all the wire and other materials you may have to go through to get you working pickup! 

This class is limited to 6 people per session. 

I will take you through some of the myths about pickups and show you exactly what goes into making a pickup and what actually matters for the sound. There will also be the opportunity to customize the look of your pickup using my materials and tools.

I have been winding all kinds of pickups for over 15 years, and may pickups have been used by people and artists all over the world. 

You will have your choice of making one of the following:

1- Single Coil (strat, tele, jazzmaster etc.)

1- Humbucker

Or you can make a set:

2x Humbucker

2x Single Coils (tele, jazzmaster, jazz bass, p-bass)

3x Strat pickups

There will be a couple of style to choose from on the day. If you want to build a hot rail-style single coil sized humbucker, please choose the humbucker option.
