A classic overdrive circuit with a bonus twist. 

The main part of the pedal is at its core based around the DOD250 and MXR Distortion plus, but using Schottky BAT41 diodes for clipping. It has more output than the MXR, which can be a pretty quiet, and is also less harsh in gain. It's great to push your sound just that little bit more, adding a little more top end and mustard.

Turning the gain down lets you use it as a boost pedal.

You can also activate the octave effect which turns this subtle overdrive into a full octave fuzz.

Working with the overdrive circuit the octave is togglable but fed by the overdrive circuit to eliminate some of the usual problems with Green Ringer-like pedals that translate to an anemic, underwhelming sound. It sounds great with Single-Coils and Humbuckers.
